The following agreement describes the terms of use on which Amaretto Ranch Breedables LLC (” ARB/We/Us “) offers to sell you and permit your use/and/or resale of its products. By using, reselling, and/or breeding our products you agree to these terms of use.

ARB may, in its sole discretion, terminate your use of ARB Products at anytime. You are personally liable for any products that you incur prior to termination. ARB reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any aspects of the Product at any time without prior notice.

ARB retains all copyrights and trademarks to the Products and their Contents, which are being sold to you. The copyrighted and/or trademarked material, including the overall look of the Poduct as well as their Content, is not to be used or duplicated without the written permission of Amaretto Ranch Breedables. Using the copyrighted and/or trademarked material in was not outlined and/or beyond it’s intended use constitutes copyright and/or trademark infringment.

Should you attempt to tamper with/copy/remove the scripts in the Products they will delete themselves and replacements will not be given.

DISCLOSURE, COPYRIGHT, AND TRADEMARK NOTE: Textures and scripts are not to be given away, published, or resold. Food and assessories are not to be resold under any condition.

We reserve the right to make judgement calls for any situation not covered by these Terms of Use.

ARB reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes.
